Just got told by someone that KLV is doing 100% APR staking shortly in the next few days for 3 months. I'm guessing it's something to do with the delayed blockchain which was due end of this month. You will need to unstake the 16% apr option which was ending this month anyway and I presume just re-stake with the 100% option. As soon as I know more I will post again. Big things coming hopefully soon.

{Ed033's Note - Thanks Supasub, sounds good.

Ed033 if you're about, an XRP airdrop link was sent to me by one of my buddies, who said he had withdrawn from it. I wish to share the link for others although I have not met the requirements for my own withdrawal yet. May I?

{Ed033's Note - Is it a scam?

Ed/anyone, what's your thoughts on how much the crypto market is manipulated? Who actually owns most and how decentralised is it? You see things online about the Rothchilds, Rockerfeller's etc owning most. I suppose the hedge fund/investment companies own chunks, but I still don't understand, say, how volatile some crypto is especially when a lot of something is bought yet still doesn't go up a great deal. If it is manipulated, how it is done across the market, I just don't know how that can be done.

{Ed033's Note - it's something we can't comprehend or control. We gamble on Crypto because we think in a few years, the Cryptos we hold will be higher in value. We might want to get out of our Cryptos into a Stable coin from time to time when we think we could be at a peak for Cryptos, in the hope we can buy back in at a lower price.

23 Feb 2022 14:56:26
Rumours of the Saudis owning most, also putin or the FBI and bill gates being creators of BTC, who knows?

One thing I know is I don't trust it and it seems like the pathway to the one world currency. I hope I'm wrong of course but I plan to be out by 2025 hopefully with some money left?

23 Feb 2022 10:20:16
Hi Ed, any chance we could have a search box on this page to see old posts etc? Do the old posts fall off the end or would they still be there? Thanks

{Ed033's Note - old posts are still stored in a database

That's what I'm talking about ed 33

{Ed033's Note - ok, the problem i see is you can't see exactly what he's doing and typing in the walk-through as it's too blurred.

23 Feb 2022 09:19:12
Don't you just need some good graphics software and then you pay a bit of eth or whatever as a minting fee? Sorry not seen the link but I will when I get a minute.

{Ed033's Note - Look at the first couple of minutes of the walk-through video.

23 Feb 2022 09:50:58
Looks good, I think it's something I need to get my teenage children to look at particularly my son who's interested in nft's etc. And they have better eyesite than me :)

23 Feb 2022 14:53:38
I've made a collection myself that I've been working on since Xmas and it's well into the hundreds of hours. Of course that's a 10k. collection. I'll try to list with poly to avoid expensive fees but we will see. Once it's ready I'll let you know. Hopefully you'll be surprised.

19 Feb 2022 11:05:01
So Ed/anyone? The relevant memo shows that XRP is not a security. Apparently coinbase has in approx the last 24 hrs moved something like 208 million xrp to coinbase wallet. What now? Do we wait for people to wake up?

{Ed033's Note - In theory , the entire Crypto market should have moved up significantly a few days ago and especially XRP.

Agree1 Disagree1

19 Feb 2022 12:06:45
I'm thinking that maybe XRP may never be this cheap ever again?

{Ed033's Note - i suppose this is why people/us are gambling on XRP.

19 Feb 2022 13:33:59
Ok maybe now that America has started to wake up.

19 Feb 2022 19:15:23
Would you recommend buying more xrp?

20 Feb 2022 18:34:06
I have bought more but that's just my choice based on my wallet holdings and what I think might happen. You might find many different cryptos just disappear over the next few years just leaving so many that have a function. A little like VHS and Betamax many years ago. I would look at tech cryptos and what do they actually do individually. XRP has big plans this year regarding integration with banks and the Ripple hub. Together with the fact that it could end up being the only crypto safe from the SEC. That can't be said for DOGE or SHIBA and other meme coins which might come under the microscope next.

{Ed033's Note - Thanks Supasub.

21 Feb 2022 18:11:18
Sorry, couldn't log in for a while. Thanks for the info supasub!

21 Feb 2022 18:17:14
How much do you own in xrp if you don't mind supasub? Iv just bought another £100 worth. I have 259.7 now

{Ed033's Note - We shouldn't be asking how much someone else has.

21 Feb 2022 20:27:06
Sorry, didn't realise I was stepping out of bounds. Just trying to find out if I should buy more.

{Ed033's Note - Can't you decide that for yourself?

22 Feb 2022 00:01:19
Ed, don’t see the problem with asking how much people hold, if they don’t want to answer they won’t. I currently hold around 10,000 xrp and will likely increase that soon. I also hold a fair amount of Chainlink.

The reason for both of these is the tech behind them, both amazing technology that will be used more and more as time goes on.

Dark knight, my personal opinion is I would wait to buy more if I were you. On the charts we’re either in one huge correction of the bull run, or we’re rolling into the bear. It’s hard to say exactly but we’ll know more on the next couple weeks if support holds and we get a decent bounce. The market is hugely volatile at the moment with all going on in the world, especially the potential war with Russia and Ukraine. This may well see us dip significantly lower from here and so I’d wait a bit and you may be able to buy in at half of the currently prices before long.

22 Feb 2022 12:03:28
Thanks mate. As I said I'm not clued up on this, just starting out so any help is appreciated.

22 Feb 2022 18:42:38
Just be cautious at the moment. The markets extremely volatile at the moment with all this Russia war rubbish going on. If we are rolling into the bear we may see capitulation which would offer an amazing time to buy into crypto long term. This could be the low now. But you need to wait and see before diving in.

23 Feb 2022 09:03:58
No worries darknight, I understand what ed is saying as I was brought up to not ask people how much they have, also there could be some sort of slim chance of hacking intention from someone viewing this site.

I hold about 16k xrp across about 4 wallets as it's also cheap to quickly move from wallet to wallet say if I want to buy something quick or cash out. I've also got quite a lot of avax, a lot of klv (will be an all-in-one crypto soon, blockchain, bank, interoperable with most crypto, nft purchases and their own phone next year or maybe the year after, I'll be getting more very soon). I also hold quite a bit of others like Eth, Dot, flux, chromia, file, link, sand, IGG, infinity mining token, coti, dusk, nord, opulous, scallop, naka and a few more of some maybe rubbish coins.

I don't hold any bitcoin at the moment but I will be tidying up my portfolio at the right time and getting some as I have too much crypto that does the same thing, basically I want banking, music, advertising, data storage, nft's etc covered by no more than 1 coin for each. There can't be too many tokens doing the same thing around for years to come so we need to be wary, there is about 1000 different crypto currencies on coin market cap, how many do you think are going to last? I'd say a fairly small fraction of them.

23 Feb 2022 09:40:22
Make that 17000+ crypto's on cmc. Saturated supply imo. (I've also got some nft's, ( (although I don't know a great deal about them apart from surely the next step is nft video/music video not static images)) and Kucoin and FTT).

23 Feb 2022 11:17:48
I imagine most will be gone after the next big bear market to be honest

23 Feb 2022 11:40:31
Yeah, I understand that mate, thanks for the help anyway. I wish I was as clued up as you guys on it because a lot of this is going over my head haha.

23 Feb 2022 12:26:48
It's only from learning from other people that I've learnt and also trial and error with small amounts. Internet videos are sometimes useful on how to buy something as long as you know what your buying/staking.

23 Feb 2022 14:54:37
Definitely agree with stand. The whole Russia thing is not making the market look promising, could possibly be 2025 before we see another big pump

24 Feb 2022 08:33:19
$34000 is the key level for btc. It could briefly dip below into $33k. Anything prolonged below that level could be very bad for mining where we would be in fairly new territory.

15 Feb 2022 16:57:16
Looks like Thursday 17th could be a very big day for XRP/crypto in general. Unsealing of documents which SEC tried to block which will reveal a lot.

{Ed033's Note - Let's hope so.

17 Feb 2022 18:55:07
Supasub, i hoped you meant the Crypto market was going to go up today.

07 Feb 2022 08:37:01
XRP holders to get FLR before end of March 2022.

{Ed033's Note - Great news, thanks Supasub.

Agree1 Disagree1

10 Feb 2022 11:32:03
Can you please tell me what this means, I put £100 on ripple ages ago and it's currently at £57. I'm not so good at all this so any info is appreciated. Thanks

{Ed033's Note - XRP holders who either set up an Ethereum address at the time of the FLR 'Snapshot' period to receive the Spark Flare Token (FLR), or XRP holders who held their XRP in a participating Crypto Exchange during the FLR 'Snapshot' period should receive their FLR Tokens before end of March 2022.

You can see your Spark FLR claim or Songbird SGB claim amounts by going to xrpscan.com and putting your XRP receive address in the search (top right)

After the search, half way down under Assets, click on Flare to see your Spark FLR claim and Songbird SGB claim amounts.

11 Feb 2022 12:09:34
I bought it on binance, can I check it on there?

11 Feb 2022 12:46:23
Carrying on the thread about XRP. I notice looking at the monthly chart it's just formed a great cup and handle shape. Xrp on the up, should soon hit $1-$1.20 (and hopefully keep going. :)

{Ed033's Note - Thanks good spot.

11 Feb 2022 16:18:17
It'll still be on xrpscan.com Dark Knight as Ed said. To date I'm not sure if binance have decided to give us songbird tokens yet so we will have to wait and see. Copy and paste your xrp wallet address on your binance spot wallet and go to xrpscan.com

13 Feb 2022 20:20:21
I don't have a spot wallet pal, do I need to get one? Sorry for all the questions.

{Ed033's Note - Everyone has a 'spot wallet' account if you have a Binance account. Why don't you first go to xrpscan.com.

14 Feb 2022 21:01:54
Iv been on it mate, dot have a clue what I'm looking at on there to be honest. How do I find my spot wallet detail on binance then?

15 Feb 2022 00:16:20
If its the app on your phone (make sure your on normal version and not lite version), then goto wallet furthest right on your bottom tabs/menu bar. Click on "spot" or might be "spot wallet". Scroll down or search until you find xrp. Copy the xrp receiving address. Paste the address on xrpscan.com, where it has the "assets" tab, click on that. "spot wallet" is your part of a wallet where you keep your assets you trade in that particular wallet. Like any crypto, usdt, etc, where you tokens/coins are kept in that particular wallet.

15 Feb 2022 11:57:30
Thanks for the help. I was on lite version. Still having trouble though, when I click wallet, then xrp Ripple I can't find the xrp receiving address. Where abouts would that be? Thanks

15 Feb 2022 16:54:34
Click on xrp in the spot wallet and it should be either send/receive/deposit or withdrawal? Click on one of those and tap the double box icon (copy) near the address I'm locked out of my binance for a couple of days as I need to update my i'd so I can't give a perfect description of what to press.

16 Feb 2022 11:14:22
Thanks for the help mate. Appreciated.

16 Feb 2022 16:28:23
Don't know if you found it darkknight but I'm back in my binance. Top left of spot wallet select "deposit" select xrp (select ripple network if prompted). Tap copy box next to wallet address.

Did anyone actually receive the SOLO drop?

Or ever received air drop coins?

Interesting moment in the market, a lot of people seem split on whether we are coiling up for a run or in a bear market.

Be interested to hear peoples thoughts?

{Ed033's Note - Yes, i received SOLO drop. i think we're about to have a serious Alt coin run up, hopefully will start moving up before March 1.

Agree1 Disagree1

04 Feb 2022 14:24:23
Ah yep I do have SOLO…. Was expecting some sort of notification but it’s just in the wallet

I’m still expecting a break out around the SEC case discovery phase in feb, potentially just before public announcements as ITK whales make moves.

{Ed033's Note - Makes sense.

04 Feb 2022 18:30:13
I have no Solo in my binance. Typical.

04 Feb 2022 19:01:54
Correct myself. Just found them but I don't think I can do anything with them yet. At least I can see them, can't say the same for Flare or songbird.

{Ed033's Note - Has Flare been released yet? Maybe Binance are still thinking whether to give you access to your Songbird tokens.

05 Feb 2022 00:05:38
Maybe they will appear when the SEC case is sorted Ed. Not sure on flare tbh.

06 Feb 2022 23:31:59
Bitcoin has held support and not lost the lows at around the $31k of June 2021. Therefore no structure has been broken, only when structure is broken and that major level of support is lost creating lower highs and lower lows can we say we’re rolling into the bear. So as of now, it’s just a deep correction in an uptrend. Still have technical targets to the upside as long as that level of support holds. The coming days and weeks will tell us all. Just my opinion of course

{Ed033's Note - Right, we're heading for a big run up then. :)

24 Jan 2022 12:09:23
Hello ED,

I'm fairly new to the world of crypto I guess, though I have been keeping up with events of the last week or so.

Would you say this is a good time to buy XRP?

{Ed033's Note - It's nice to be able to get in at whatever the current bottom will be. You might want to start buying now and then keep buying as it goes lower. You could wait until BTC hits 30,000, meaning XRP and other Alts will go lower than now, but we can't tell whether BTC will hit 30,000.

Agree1 Disagree1

24 Jan 2022 17:21:38
I wouldn’t scholes, there’s every chance we’ve rolled into the bear, which if confirmed with the monthly candle in a weeks time or so, XRP will be in a technical target to around 30c in the coming months. My opinion is if wait and grab at the bottom. Obviously there’s always the chance this is another fear bear trap with current affairs and we get a bounce. Personally there are lots of better projects than XRP to invest in also.

{Ed033's Note - Right, XRP isn't the no.1 Crypto, but no one knows when the bottom is, not even Stand-United :)

24 Jan 2022 21:40:34
Are there any you would recommend stand?

24 Jan 2022 23:23:31
True Ed, I have no idea where the bottom is. All I know is if we close the monthly candle below our support and under the 20ema, we’ll be losing structure and will have target to the downside, the 1.618 being around 30c ish.

All just my opinion of course. The hope here is that this is just capitulation due to world events, Russia/Ukraine potential war, fed meeting, coronavirus etc, and we recover shortly, retain structure and push on

{Ed033's Note - T.A. doesn't work that well with Crypto at the moment.

26 Jan 2022 00:22:51
I still think after this little bounce we could see Bitcoin heading to £20-£25k ish. Obviously it’s just my opinions of course.

Scholes, I’m no expert so I wouldn’t put you money anywhere off my word, or without doing your own research. However, there are a few projects I like and have money in, more of a HODL investor, I intend to leave my money in crypto for 10-20 years even if needs be.

I think XRP is amazing tech and so long as they win the case against the SEC, i imagine we’ll see $10-$15 XRP in the near future. Despite that case looming it’s held a place in the top 10 which is pretty impressive.

Chainlink is another I think is amazing and will be one of the top 3-5 coins in the near future. I personally think we could see Chainlink at $150 shortly.

I then have a few bags of many different tokens, FTM is one I keep adding too and see a big future for. Other is VRA, think that could do a 50x and trade at a dollar. CKB is another I like the look of, COTI another. I think CKB could do really well.

NFT’s I haven’t gotten into yet, or know anything about them. But I think I need to shortly, and I do fear that the money that usually pours into the altcoins once Bitcoin has a blow off top, may well flow into NFTS this time rather than altcoins.

22 Jan 2022 08:20:45
Not here to say I told you so, but i did post saying the charts looked bearish a month or so ago. Putting in lower lows on the monthly timeframes now which is you big indication we're rolling into the bear. Time to batten down the hatches, HODL, and ACCUMULATE.

Some serious January sales on right now, what's everyone buying cheap?

Agree1 Disagree1

22 Jan 2022 11:47:43
Avax, XRP, for me and topping up KLV. Oh and some Dusk. I wish I had more money and get a variety but not for a few weeks yet where it'll be above where it is now. I have realised that I have some really rubbish moon coins in some of my wallets though. As much as it can go down at speed, it can go up. BTC looks like it's formed a near perfect head and shoulders. I can't see it going any lower than $30k (previous low July 2021). I might be wrong though but too many people will be accumulating.

22 Jan 2022 13:06:30
Also I read today that 1 x BTC has a true cost of about $34k as of today taking into account varying factors for miners. A little over a year ago I remember it being about $4k when 1 x BTC was roughly $9k. If it breaches $34k and stays below, what happens if the miners are potentially running at a loss? I can only guess another sell off by the miners or a bounce. Looks like it will be volatile for a while but my natural instinct is that this could be the "bottom" and we go upwards soon from here.

{Ed033's Note - Thanks Supasub.

20 Jan 2022 07:51:08

{Ed033's Note - probably, i'm going to keep it as it could recover somewhat in time.

Ripple lawyers have asked that they "get a move on".

And the judge has granted that Ripple can use the Hinman speech on ETH not being a security which the SEC have fought hard to keep out. I'd be surprised if XRP doesn't soon start moving to $1.

{Ed033's Note - Probably the Crypto market will start moving upwards by the end of January.

I exchanged 10k XRP into Link last night. Reason being, I don't think XRP can start to move until the SEC case is settled, and I don't think a settlement will be this month, I could be wrong of course. Could be more like March or April. Link tends to be one of the first movers in Altcoin bull runs and if doing well moving up the Fibs

In an ideal world I'd like to make some gains with Link before XRP settlement and then switch back over once there is a resolution.

{Ed033's Note - ok, good luck.

12 Jan 2022 19:18:56
Have faith and patience, can see a couple of flash crashes yet but with mass mainstream adoption I'm hoping to a similar sort of bull run to last year, come April may time again

05 Jan 2022 09:01:37
Happy New year all.

So over the festive break I listened to a fair few podcasts on everyone's favourite crypto . XRP.

Lot of talk about whales, banks and even musk either buying up, throwing weight behind or preparing to put some serious backing behind this coin. With the inevitable collapse of the SEC case - it came out days ago that the SEC had a ledger node in XRP which is a huge sign of which way the case will go - could be a very interesting time ahead.

I've read some experts expecting highs into double digits, before a big dip as people take profit off the table and then another off the scale peak towards the end of the year maybe even into triple figures as more national banks adopt the coin after the SEC case dust settles.

One outlandish podcast even suggested a 11k peak by 2025!

Not sure on some of the highs but certainly going to be an interesting time and ride ahead.

{Ed033's Note - Thanks, we should see some higher prices this year for sure.

Agree1 Disagree1

05 Jan 2022 10:28:38
As a holder of a fair few myself, I’m hoping for a positive outcome from the sec case and hope it’s not too late before the end of the bull run. Think this might be an extended cycle this time though as I think Bitcoin still had a long way to go before peaking in this cycle.

I think $5-$7 is realistic if we get the right outcomes. Treble digit or people taking about £1k prices are just pure fantasy IMO. No chance of treble digit IMO

{Ed033's Note - $5- $7 sometime this year sounds about right, Stand-United, which is Supasub's original figures for this bull run.

05 Jan 2022 11:09:01
I’d agree treble figures is in the fantasy realm, though breaking into double digits could be plausible with major backing

{Ed033's Note - Yes, breaking into double digits is possible this year.

05 Jan 2022 20:13:08
I suggest you watch this if you aren't already aware or not into reading page after page.

Basically the world economic forums push for crypto and guess which coin they see as being used by the banks in the age of crypto? Yeah xrp.

We all know how much of an impact the world economic forum has had on CV as well as other things so it seems like this is the next stage of the plan.

05 Jan 2022 21:59:15
Yes it's exciting times ahead. I think if the SEC case (which I think Ripple will come out of unscathed) goes the duration to end of March then we will get an indicator on the XRP price 2/3 weeks maybe before the decision as some people will be in the know before we are so look for unusual climbs or dips beforehand.

The SEC now have a case brought against them for conflict of interest of some previous employees involved in bringing the case against Ripple before they suddenly left the SEC. Big plans for RIpple later this year including the liquidity hub and finance for the banks. They could come out of this as the only safe crypto going forward in regards to the SEC.

Price wise like someone said I think $5-$7 realistically and that could be within 24hrs to 48hrs of the SEC outcome. Some predictions I saw today from "experts" were anything between $26-$42 but they didn't make it clear whether that was straight away on the bull run or peak this year. What we will have to work out is how much to sell, when to sell and do we buy back the dip. I'm not great at finding the dip to buy and selling at peak so it'll be interesting.

I think I'm going to always be holding at least some if not a little for the future if their plans come to fruition. I don't know of a cryptocurrency that is better suited to the payment banking system. Maybe XLM Stellar but its pretty much just a stable coin now almost like tether. Maybe something like IOTA, Coti, Scallop or even CRO but none of them have the liquidity, speed, interoperability and low fees together as a package that XRP has. It makes sense to be XRP.

06 Jan 2022 13:46:41
I think we close the week under 75c we will probably have a target to 30c or thereabouts, which would be a brilliant price to buy in. If we ever do move to the upside with the frustrating coin, there will be technical targets on the Fibonacci which I’m happy to post (as entertainment only not financial advise) on where I’ll be taking some profits and probably buying back in on a correction

24 Dec 2021 10:19:57

I’m anticipating a bit of a dump after the airdrop for XRP

{Ed033's Note - ok, but we also have people anticipating Ripple not losing against the SEC soon.

24 Dec 2021 14:56:02
I agree with that Ed, think xrp will win the case and we should be looking to $3 minimum as long as Bitcoin doesn’t bomb

{Ed033's Note - Sounds good.

Imagine if XRP comes out of the case with the SEC intact. They could actually come out the other side and become the only safe crypto from any further inquests. They could be king crypto for a while.

{Ed033's Note - it's possibly now about the SEC saving face with what kind of agreement they can get.

Yes ed. One company (Empower Oversight) has now launched a lawsuit against the SEC regarding 3 employees (Clayton and Hinman are definately 2 of them), for a conflict of interest and also to support a freedom of information request. Clayton brings case against ripple on his last day of office, then he, Hinman and one other leave to take over jobs for crypto focused investment companies. Not looking good for the SEC, like you said they might want to do a deal quite quickly, also it's come out that Hinmans speech and signed document (about ETH being a security or not) from a couple of years ago violates the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), which covers use of public office for private gain. Its not looking good for the SEC all of a sudden but I won't be counting my chickens just yet as you never can tell how these things go.

{Ed033's Note - Right, but the SEC-Ripple case is basically finished and we're just waiting to hear what the agreement is?

I think that is it now until after Xmas as far as I'm aware. Judge has both of their 3 page submissions. I'm guessing the judge will make a decision on what has been submitted. Don't know why that could take another 2 to 3 months though. Either way I think the SEC side of things will rumble on.

Binance Will Support the Sologenic (SOLO) Airdrop Program for XRP Holders [Snapshot on 24 Dec 2021]

Cool. Thanks Ed.

Hi Ed. Had a quick look but couldn't find which exchanges support the airdrop. Got some XRP in crypto.com and some in KuCoin. Is it easier if I just send to Binance? Then I set up a trustline on XUMM?

{Ed033's Note - Probably easier to send to Binance

Do I still need to set up the trustline or just hold in Binance? Thanks again ed and sorry for the questioning and have a good Xmas and new year.

{Ed033's Note - i think you just hold on Binance.

Morning ED, I have a decent holding in XRP so have moved to Binance, thanks for the tip.

But my question is what is the main driver for this kind of airdrop? Obviously we are now seeing a XRP price increase

{Ed033's Note - i don't know, maybe it's just to bring recognition to the SOLO project.

{Ed033's Note - Let's presume the Crypto market will stay down until Jan 2022
